Mr. M. S. Gulati (Sep, 1939 – May, 2015) was a visionary and entrepreneurial spirit who was focused in revolutionizing the implementation of large scale engineering projects in the country.

He founded NITSON AND AMITSU PRIVATE LIMITED with his friend MR. A. K. Soni in 1983, with an ultimate motive to provide professionalism, guarantee of workmanship, security and reliability by matching or setting high stringent standards, which sometimes even surpasses the standards of its clients.

Under his visionary leadership NAPL, has been able to create a niche for its itself in the engineering project marketplace, as a company comprising of expertise, experience, specialization, skills, technology and the human resource to support individual project with competence and team work.

A Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University had over 50 years experience in the Construction Industry.

In his initial years of his career worked for about 20 years first with Engineering Projects Division of M/s. Larsen & Turbo Ltd. and thereafter with Engineering Construction Corporation Limited (ECC). During this period, he was associated with a wide variety of jobs in Chemical, Fertilizer, Petrochemical and Metallurgical Industries. He had wide experience in execution, monitoring and management of total projects comprising all disciplines in Construction Engineering. He held responsible positions from time to time both in L&T and ECC. From 1976 – 83 he was the Regional Manager of ECC for its operations in Eastern India.

We all at NPAL ensure that footsteps, benchmarks, processes, system and stringent standards established by him, will always be our guiding path for our journey in the times to come and work towards increasing our levels, which will bring again a new revolution in project management.
